Luggage and vehicle storage, while guests are gone on a tour, is possible at Bayview Garden. Here are the details of the offer.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

For guests staying with us on both end of their trip, we will be charging a $20 flat fee per room booking (for a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage) for this luggage storage service, and regardless of the days/nights that we would store the luggage for.

On the morning of their departure, we ask our guests to leave their pieces of luggage in the room they are staying in, and make sure that each piece of luggage is left with a tag/taped piece of paper that would clearly display their name, along with a return date. After your departure, we will store the luggage for you in a secure location, and will usually leave your luggage in the room you are staying in when you return from your trip.

For guests who are NOT staying with us on both ends of their trip, we will be charging a daily fee of $20 per room booking, capped at $100 per week. This service is for a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage per room booking ($20 daily per additional piece of luggage). 

For guests only staying with us at the start of their trip, on the morning of their departure, we ask our guests to leave their pieces of luggage in the room they are staying in, and make sure that each piece of luggage is left with a tag/taped piece of paper that would clearly display their name, along with a return date and time. After your departure, we will store the luggage for you in a secure location, and will usually leave your luggage in the main entrance of the Guesthouse on the day of your planned return from your trip for you to pick up.

For guests only staying with us at the end of their trip and who would be "dropping off" their luggage with us and coming to stay with us at the end of their trip, the same fees apply, and the luggage will be waiting for you in your room when you return from your trip.

Please organize all this in advance by contacting us as early as you can.

VEHICLE STORAGE

For guests staying with us on both ends of their trip, we will be charging a $20 flat fee per vehicle for this service, and regardless of the days/nights we would keep your vehicle on the property.

On the morning of their departure, we ask our guests to leave a copy of they vehicle key in the room they are staying in, and make sure that the key is left with a tag/taped piece of paper that would clearly display their name, along with a return date. After your departure, we will store the key for you in a secure location, and will usually leave your key in the room you are staying in when you return from your trip.

For guests NOT staying with us on both ends of their trip, we will be charging a daily fee of $20 per vehicle, capped at $100 per week. 

For guests only staying with us at the start of their trip, on the morning of their departure, we ask our guests to leave a copy of they vehicle key in the room they are staying in, and make sure that the key is left with a tag/taped piece of paper that would clearly display their name, along with a return date and time. After your departure, we will store the key for you in a secure location, and will organize either to leave the key in your vehicle, in the main entrance, or in a predetermined location to be discussed in advance. 

For guests only staying with us at the end of their trip and who would be "dropping off" their vehicle with us and coming to stay with us at the end of their trip, the same fees apply, a key needs to be left with us, and that key will be waiting for you in your room when you return from your trip.

Both storage service offers are space permitting. We reserve the right to turn down excess luggage/vehicle storage for lack of available space.

For guests that are not booked with us at all, we would typically not accept to store luggage or vehicles. However, exceptions can be made, inquire with us.
